lift kits?
 
thinking of bying a nice looking dodge ram. do have 1 question for you
guys. do lift kits out a strain on the tranny or any other parts of the
truck?

not really..... the big ass tires you put the lift kit on for will,
however.

not really..... the big ass tires you put the lift kit on for will,
however.

any lift to any truck will give more stress. the stress the bigger wheels
and tyres will make very little difference on the running gear but it will
change the driveabilty of the truck. very much depens on what size tyres etc
u fit

If you put huge tires and don't regear, kiss the tranny good bye much
sooner than if left stock.

I'm pretty sure that's the case with Dodge transmissions even if you
keep the wheels off it :)
