Default help identifying old truck door please

I found this old truck door which I turned into a frame for art. Could
someone help me identify it please??? Thanks!

The window opening is rectangular and measures 21x16. There are
locations where 3 door hinges once were. There are two horizontal
stripes/reliefs across the door. The unique thing about the door seems
to be that it is NOT perfectly rectagular. It has a small angled
portion on the "front" of the bottom of the door as if it was curving
around a wheel well. All of the pictures of 20's and 30's ford and
chevy trucks i've been looking at don't have this feature. When I
picked up the door out in the field I found it in, it appeared that
the frame of the truck/car was originally wood which had long since
disintegrated.

Thanks for the help!!!
