Turn signal

I have a 2001 325ci and for some weird reason whenever the car is cold
and I turn on my right turn signal it blinks very quickly for a few
seconds and then blinks normally.
It has never done it with the left turn signal.
I've taken it to the dealer 2 times for the problem and they said they
replaced the bulbs and the relay switch as well.
It still does it and it's really annoying.
I was wondering if anybody has had similar problems.

Can you tell which lights are blinking when the right signal is blinking
quickly? Are the front, rear, and side indicators all blinking at that time?

I'm not actually sure which lights are coming on when I turn them on.
I guess I should check.
