I believe you are talking about the ford 8.8 conversion. I'm not sure on the years, but it sounds right. Do a search on this site for rearends etc.... 8.8 and it will all come out. I'm currently researching this and everything looks good. I'm just not sure on the years your posting, but I think thats accurate. I understand there is a couple of years with drum brakes, but you want to go with the disc..... did you still wanna buy my hard top? those pics you posted kinda looked like fort lewis area, am I close? Hi Carl,
I think the only differences are the drum or disk. http://www.jedi.com/obiwan/jeep/ford88.html http://members.cox.net/rough-riders/...8/ford8_8.html God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O http://www.billhughes.com/ Carl Saiyed wrote: > > Will the rear end from an early (91-94) Ford Explorer work in my Wrangler > YJ? > > Thanks > > Carl |

Robb-
Unfortunately, I can't see the hard top in my budget right now. The 8.8 probably won't happen either, I had a lead on a free good 8.8 but I missed it. I'm in Tacoma, close to Fort Lewis, but closer to McChord. Carl "Robb S via CarKB.com" > wrote in message ... > > I believe you are talking about the ford 8.8 conversion.
