Hood Scoop for 40th Anniversary hoods?
Does Ford (or any other company for that matter) make a hood scoop that fits the 40th Anniversary V6 hoods (some of the hoods anyway)? Go to the following link to see what I'm talking about:
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member...86_25_full.jpg I would really like to purchase a hood scoop for this hood, but I'm trying to steer clear of those cheap universal ones. Thanks, Just A Guy© |

Unfortunately, you have a Cobra hood, and not a GT hood. Ford seems to
have been cleaning house prior to the new 2005 Mustang coming out, and used Cobra hoods on '04 V6 models ordered without the Pony Package (with the Pony Package, V6 models got GT hoods). You need to look for Cobra hood scoops, but I must admit, I have never seen one.
