If you think that's egregiously bad, you should probably never drive
near DC. Here, the driver wouldn't have signalled at all, and would
have waited until you caught up to him to actually run you into the
next lane.

I do not exaggerate, the drivers here are the worst of anywhere I've
been in the US, and I've driven in at least a quarter of the country,
most of it the northeast which supposedly has the scariest drivers
(Boston and NYC do not bother me. DC certainly does.)
