Default Powerlock install on new car?

Hi,

Does it make much sense to install a Powerlock system on a new car ('07
Toyota Camry) with an ignition immobilizer feature? Fyi, the Powerlock
is a device that is permanently attached to the starter and a fob on the
keychain makes it the only way the car will start, without it the car
can't be jump started even if the immobilizer can be circumvented. So
is it worth the $250+ or so to have one installed? And can immobilizer
systems be easily circumvented by car thieves?

TIA

Steve O
