Default Dashboard Plug Identify

I have a plug behind my TAC which doesn't work... However there is a
plug with a bunch of Letters on it that I don't know where it goes does
anyone have an idea based on this vague description?

The Speedo Tac Plug that is connected now is the correct one.

I forget, is this a 53 or 54 Corvette?
