Bad Relay? Wipers, Radio, Computer, Locks Kaput!

I have a 1990 525i. Had the air on the other day and turned the fan up with a
quick motion. All of a sudden the radio and computer went out. When we got to
our destination, the locks would not go to their down position with the key.
Looked at the fuses, the aux. fan fuse was blown. Replaced. Now the wipers,
radio, computer and locks still do not work. Is there a relay that controls
these functions. None of the other fuses appear to be blown. Any help would
be appreciated.
