Default 1959 hucaps - wheel covers

I have a couple of full wheel covers from a 1959 Dodge car. They are the
ones with the knight in the middle and they have a very heavy 4 pronged
spinner kind of thing screwed to them. They are in decent shape and could
be cleaned up to put on a driver.
