Default Brake Test Light

The little "brake test light" in my 70 vert doesn't light up when I push
it. What should I look for?

The skinny Blk lead should/must have +12V with key On.
The skinny Brw lead has to go to Ground.

If they are intact, the tiny bulb inside may be bad.
