WCIFWT in Peak Traffic
I think this counts as a WCIFWT.
I was in peak traffic this morning (stop-start, 30mph max). I was in the fast lane although all lanes were going roughly the same speed; in fact the fast lane was slower because there was an enabling van and an enabling furniture truck up ahead. I was behind a V8 pickup with canopy. Now, I have no chance of seeing over the top of this, and the canopy was tinted so I could not see through this. So, in order to see traffic up ahead so that I could brake smoothly and avoid traffic fouling up behind me, I sat to the side of my lane. This went OK for a while but then the driver noticed me, and moved his pickup across the lane to block my vision. I moved out wider and he moved out wider. I moved back to the other side of the lane and he moved back too. After a while I gave up. Is it not bad enough for this guy to drive a pickup in the fast lane, he also has to actively try and foul up the traffic behind him? |

If you drive a vehicle that impedes someone from seeing what is in front, and then deliberately move over to prevent them from seeing around you, you are a WCIFWT. Further, when you go around these assholes, they always try to stop you from getting in front. ************************* Dave |

Ever next to one of these barn drivers at a stop sign at a main road? They can see clear over your car but if you creep up to see around their barn they move up to keep your vision blocked. |
