Arizona Antique Car Registration Process

Hi,

Can someone give me the rundown on what's involved registering an
antique car in Arizona?

What registration fees are there?
How much sales tax do I have to pay?
Any hoops to jump through?

I just bought a 1925 Franklin and may be moving to Arizona soon. I am
wondering if I should register it in New York first, or wait until I
am in Tucson and register it for the first time there?
