There's this abandoned/empty gas station or car repair shop about a mile
from where I live.....

It's the L shaped building in the middle he

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...02964&t=k&om=1

Now, if only I would find the dayjob I'm looking for.... I'd find out
from the city who owns it, and maybe rent or (gasp) buy it...

I have a second mechanic lined up, and some export business waiting to
start off... parts and complete cars.

Mostly though it would be for fixing my own cars

Wife wants us to starty a restoration business, not just beetles but
other classics too. (Bigger market).

One is allowed to dream, right?

Go for it Jan
things are getting good in the VW restoration business, I'm still
getting swamped with work.

The hardest thing is finding qualified workers. I'm always looking for
someone thats motivated and willing to get dirty while haveing fun.
