Default Need some help with ft. pass. power window on '01 GC...

I had the dealer replace the motor a few months ago on the driver's side.
Now..the passenger side isn't working. But, unlike the last incident, the
motor seems to run and sound OK in both directions (no "grinding" sound),
but it just won't raise or lower the window. Also, the window can be slid up
and down manually this time...it's just kinda loose in there. Does anyone
know what part(s) is/are involved with this? Thanks all.
