yes i need some help setting up a turbo on a thing what should i time
it at and what psi should i put it at

Those are *very* generic questions, with no information to go on. What
compression ratio? Who's turbo? Kit or from another car?
Generally speaking you can run around 4 lbs. boost on most stock engines,
with around 50% increase in HP. It would be best if you found an advance
with both vacum & pressure capability: that allows you to time it normally
& retards the spark at boost.
