'are intake tube' - is that the tube that runs from the air filter box and then under the engine cover? Do I need to take the engine cover off? Thanks, Scott |

You still fill it at that place, but instead of removing the plug, you remove the bolt that holds the metal tube in place and pull the tube out. It is a 12mm bolt painted blue on mine. |

Put a funnel into a clean, new turkey baster (with the rubber top
pulled off), and the fluid will go right down the dipstick and you'll have easy access too. At least, that's how it is on the MDX clone. |

Thanks for everyones input. I talked to the mechanic at the dealer. He
says that he fills it through the dipstick. In fact he says he fills all the V6s this way, because the factory torques the ATF fill hole pretty high. I used your standard ATF filler funnel with a flexible hose and then put a short amount of rubber hose on the end, it fit directly over the dipstick hole and I could pour stuff in as fast as I wanted to. Thanks, Scott |

Did you find the plug?
If not, does the motor sit trans-verse or is it like the typical FWD? Scott Metzger wrote: > Hi, > > Where is the transaxle fill plug for my 2002 Odyssey? > > Thanks, > Scott |
