Possible Odometer Tampering?
My buddy is looking into buying a 94 Honda Accord as a beater car, to run
to death basically. He had his eye on one and took me with him to look under the hood, because I have a lot of experience working on Hondas now, with the help of you guys. *smiles* But something made me look twice. This car has 145,000 miles on it, but the 1 on the odometer is grey, while the 45,000 is white. Is this evidence of Odometer tampering? I've never seen anything like this before, just wanted to know. Thanks again.
