Default need advice on changing timing belt 2002 neon,2.0

the car has a little over 73K on it and some auto repair sites are
suggesting replacing the belt before it breaks and can cause bad engine
damage. How hard is it to do myself?

that belt is recommended to be changed at 110k miles. It is not a simple
job. buy the service manual from dodge before you start.

If never replaced, do it.Any decent shop can do it. You don't need a dealer
