Yes. It has been tested quite a few times and the result is always the
same: The wind noise is considerable. Of course people like that wannabe
chemist always think that hearing loss cannot happen to them, but it does.
Hearing damage is cumulative, i.e. the more you are exposed to wind noise,
the more hearing damage you suffer.

Of course the hearing loss will be your smallest problem if you manage to
miss the sound of a siren and get nailed by a speeding cop...

I knew you were a liar.

BTW, I do have a chemistry degree. The real deal, from an accredited
uni and everything.

My hearing tested the same every year I rode the bike. No damage,
cumulative or otherwise. Since my job required tests every year, I
know *for a fact* that there was no damage.

But hey, I guess my ears didn't get the memo on your "studies."
(Assuming they really exist.) Get back to me when you actually know
something.
