Did I get taken advantage of on labor costs?

Hi,

I recently had the following work done on a 93 Ford Tempo.

Front Brake Pads and Rotors - 1 Hour
Inpsect, clean, adjust rear brakes - 1 Hour
ECM Scan test & Report, replace EVP Hose - 1 Hour
BG Induction Kit - 1 Hour

I don't have a good feeling about it. Seems to me 4 hours is an awful
long time to do the above work. I would very much appreciate opions
on if this was reasonable.
