Need help with '53 F-100 kingpin bushing install
I am getting ready to install NOS FoMoCo kingpin bushings in my '53
Ford F-100 spindles. I noticed the bushings have grease channels that aren't symmetrical. There is a triangular arrow looking cutout for the grease zerk opening. Should this point up or down? It seems like it would make a difference as the bushing has more channels on one side. I didn't think to make a note of the bushing orientation when I took the old ones out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Kevin |
