Default O2 GT quarter glass

I have a 2002 GT convertible and the driver's side back quarter
glass will not go down. All other windows and top work fine. If any
suggestions- please tell me what to do or what to look for.

I assume it wont work from either it's own switch or the drivers door
switch....

Key on, engine off, interior lights on.... push the "up" button while
watching the interior lights. Let me know if they "flicker" or not......

What you see will decide where you go next...

OK,,, that tells us the motor should be OK. Did you do this at both switches
or just the one? If it did this at both switches, we also see that both
switches are getting power.

To eliminate the possibility of a bad switch, swap the rear switches side
for side and see if the problem follows the switch. If that does the trickm
simply replace the switch. If the problem persists, let me know and I can
give you wire colours to check, best place to check, etc.
