Yep. He destabilized the area by starting the Zionist movement in the
1800s; he carved Israel out of the area in the 1940s; he's personally
responsible for the 1967 war, and all the others since. He told
Hezbollah to launch the missiles and take soldiers prisoner. He wrote
the principles that the terrorists hold--that Israel should cease to
exist. sheesh.

I'm no particular fan of anyone over there, but you can't blame
everything on Bush. NOBODY's efforts have succeeded. If Carter or
clinton had succeeded, Bush wouldn't have to try anything. The
belligerent parties can't get it together, so the problem continues.
