My engine is still dry, no drips at all and I have the plastic cover
with only the two top rocker bridge nuts holding it on.

I have gone through a couple caps since I have owned mine. They are
available under the 'Help' brand as a generic oil filler cap for less
than five bucks. These are identical to the OEM ones like the tail
lights are identical to generic trailer tail light boxes. AMC wasn't
called 'All Makes Covered' for nothing.....

Who's they?
I can promise you'll never get 300 Hp outta that 258, and very it's unlikely
you'll get over 200, especially smog legal. I have a built 304 that pushed
240 hp on the dyno and it's not smog legal.

L.W. ("ßill") Hughes III did pass the time by typing:

Not to mention what happens when you stuff more air in.
http://www.hesco.biz/cgi-bin/ez-cata...cgi?4X364946#s

And Bennie says it's possible to put both the 4.7 stroker and
supercharger on one engine. sheeeeeit, that must be one hell
of a ride!

But who needs smog legal in Oklahoma. Actually it is smog
legal but not CARB legal. But who needs CARB legal in Oklahoma.

Mike, how would you kill the computer with MPFI and the jeep still runs and
was this in your mind when you wrote that below?

Mike,

What's your gear ratio with those 33s? I know I can't bark my tires with
MPFI, 258 with 4.0 head but I'm running stock gears.
