Looks like a smart way to park if you're (un)loading stuff on the bed,
like these guys are doing. I've never lived anywhere where it's illegal
to cross a solid line to pass a parked vehicle.

To me it looks like a smart way to park if you REALLY hate your ride for
some odd reason. -Dave
