Pull apart and rejoin all the connectors (including the combination
switch) and see if you're getting 12V at the motor end with a meter. If
power is coming through but nothing's happening, you almost certainly
need a new motor.

The connector itself may be bad, not just the motor. Had this happen on my
90, but the headlight still opened, it just wouldn't close. There should be
5 little prongs in the connector - if any of them are broken, the headlight
will not work properly.

Unfortunately, I found that I could not just purchase the connector -
fortunately I was able to pick up another motor, with connector attached,
for $10 from a fellow club member.

Either that or your car needs some Viagra. ;-D
