No they don't I've been on that road many, many times.
I will not argue that it is not safe to do 90mph on that road
when the conditions are good. That the accident occured
is proof that that speed was inappropriate for the road
conditions. That is why the cop is guilty of reckless driving.

Toyota is number one, so are you saying Toyota cars are unsafe?

Damn. I feel for it hook, line and sinker. This statement confirms
this was a troll
post.

Ever drive a Corvette? Ever drive a Ford GT? They are world class
cars.
Again, it's up to the drive decide what speed is safe for
conditions.

Yeah, but neither Bush or Cheney killed anyone, and they didn't leave
their respective scenes to "sober up."

True. So why does anyone still wonder why the attitude that police
officers are "pigs" has now spread from the tiny marginal subcultures
it was limited to 30 years ago - "college towns" and black ghettos -
to deeply and broadly into the American middle class?

Does the SUV have V,Z, or W speed rated tires with a cap ply and jointless
edge caps?

Would Mary Joe be any less dead if he hadn't left the scene?

I imagine they're not rated according to standard consumer tire ratings,
considering they're likely reinforced and all.....

Wow! Three incidents of DUI did all that? LMAO.

Perhaps if he wasn't such a pussy (like most dims) he would have tried
to help her, instead of letting her drown so he could sober up and
thus avoid a costly dui.

But it's still safer to hunt with a Cheney or serve under Bush than it
is to go riding with a Kennedy. :-D

If they had been properly prosecuted and punished, per your own mantra,
they would not have ever been elected to a position where they could
do "all that", you stammering ninny.

BBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTT!!! A law was CERTAINLY broken: N.J.A.S. 39:4.98,
i.e., SPEEDING. In New Jersey, police are NOT exempt from speeding laws,
even when on an emergency call with lights flashing and sirens blaring.

Wrong. There is NO exemption in New Jersey for cops on an emergency call.
(Nor for fire trucks or ambulances.) They are obliged to abide by the speed
limit.

The Governor is his boss. He can't very well ask the governor to put on a
seat belt. And refusing to drive him around because of it is probably not a
very good career decision. That's the way things work in the real world.
