NO BLOWER or A/C

'86 Chevy Monte Carlo SS...

Blower or compressor don't come on. All positions at the switch...AC,
Heat, Defrost and I get no blower nor does the compressor kick in when
put to A/C. Checked fuses, replaced blower relay, looked for loose
wiring, took apart switch (inside cab) and checked with a
meter...seems ok. I'm lost.

Any suggestions would be a tremndous help.

PS- This problem was intermitting for a while. I would be driving
along then all of the sudden blower and compressor would kick on. Now
its totally dead.
