Default Frozen Bearing

1990 Dodge Sprit - Rear outer wheel bearing examined due to outrageous wheel
vibration, bearing found to be partially crushed, and disintegrated. Frozen
onto spindle, can not remove brake drum. How do I remove bearing to proceed
with repairs, tried gear puller, no help. Should I heat the bearing with a
plumber's soldering propane torch?
