Default Advice needed on bumper scratch repair

My wife scratched the bumper of my neighbor's new Toyota Sienna. There
are a few scratches in an area roughly 6 inches long and 1 inch wide.
The black layer underneath the paint is showing. No dent or anything.
Only a scratch. I called up a body shop (recommended by the dealer)
and they quoted me $600. Any suggestions on how to get this done for
less. I need to get the job professionally done so do-it-yourself kits
are not an option.
Thanks.

Well, you have a problem.....

Those things are super expensive to repair properly. You can try local
paint shops, but....

Sometimes it is cheaper to replace the plastic skin rather than repair
it. A wrecker might even have the right color...
