Probably the mass air flow meter starting to go.

A meter that measures the amount of air flow in the intake of an engine.
Wrong readings can result in the incorrect amount of fuel being supplied to
the cylinders. Try a google search of MAF to learn more. Many modern cars
have problems with the MAF which cause mysterious drop in performance.
