Attaching a license plate holder.
I am trying to install a license plate holder on 93 Saturn SL2.
The holder came with 3 plastic fasteners, but I cannot figure out how to use them. Do I need some special tool? TIA

Attaching a license plate holder.
The front license plate holder is attached directly by screws on that model
yr.
