Default 90 accord running rich/ etc fuel problem?

I think im running on 3 cylinders. I have no power lots og
hesitation.

I do have spark. I replaced spark plugs and no diff. 4 days of driving
i looked at plugs and #2 spark plug was all carbon. when the RPMS are
high i do have smoke.

Could this be an injector problem since i am getting spark? when im at
a stop and accelerate it takes forever to go.

When im driving on the hwy or whatever its fine. except when i try to
give it gas to speed up.

LMK!
