Default '05 Pacifica DVD Monitor

Anyone understand the rationale behind selling the '05 (non AWD) Pacifica
including a DVD but NO monitor as standard equipment?
What marketing genius at DCX should be swatted?

Because it is a multi CD / And DVD changer. So it will play your CD's. Not
to hard to figure out. It's on the website. So instead of Chrysler buying
two seperate systems they supply the same unit in all Pacifica's, and save
money by buying all the same unit. If you want to pay more for rear seat
entertainment, then you get the monitor!
