Default Where to Put Front Tow Hooks

When I bought my 2000 Jeep TJ, I had the dealer install a Mopar brush gaurd.
This brush gaurd bolts through the bumper and onto the frame at the same
place where my tow hooks used to be. Is there somewhere else I could mount
the tow hooks on the front (without attaching them in a place that would rip
my bumper off/apart should I put them to use)? Should I try to find longer
bolts and mount the tow hooks and the brush gaurd through the same holes?
I'm not ready to get a new bumper quite yet.

Warn uses the stock position:

Use only the largest grand five or eight bolts that will fit:

Use longer Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts (NO PLAIN BOLTS!!!) and mount them
in the same location, underneath the Mopar brush guard.

I wouldn't even mess with grade 5 -- just buy grade 8. Only a few cents
more (if that) than grade 5. Go to a parts store and you can even get black
ones to match the paint for less than $1.
