1999 Dodge Grand Caravan

I have a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. My air bag light is on, my cruise
control does not work and I don't have a clock.

Doesn't matter if you have a clock or not, the problem is still very
probably the clockspring; that is what the part is called because it
resembles a big version of a clock's mainspring. If you take it to the
dealer and their service adviser has any smarts, he will know what you
are talking about. This is a well-known condition.

Or was that clock comment supposed to be a joke?

Chrysler just came out with a recall for that problem, i didnt really read
it yet but i believe it pertains to your vehicle and you may get it fixed
for free
