Voyager AC up and down

Any ideas what is causing this set of problems for a 97 Voyager.
A/C works sometimes with cold air to the passenger side but not the drives
side.
Inside lights quit working properly.

I suspect a connector or relay is upset at its age and is vacationing
somewhere.

Where do I start looking. Dealer said he might fit it in sometime at the
end of next week.
