Default Can't find a driveshaft - 1997 5.0 AWD

The CV joint on my front driveshaft (the actual driveshaft between the xfer
case and front diff, not the CV drive axle) is shot, and searching online I
can't seem to find anyone that carries one. I found a few places that have
a rear driveshaft, but nobody with the front. None of the used places I
checked around here list it in inventory either.

I'm out of ideas, at least until places open on Monday and I can make some
calls. Any suggestions? Does anyone rebuild driveshafts any more? I'm in
central CT if anyone has suggestions for a shop that could do it.

I guess the good news is that since I pulled the driveshaft off it drives
just fine, and I'm probably getting slightly better MPG without the AWD,
too.

TIA,

--
Steve
