Improve gas mileage, increase horsepower, and maximize fuel

| IF its so good then why don't manufacturers bother ?

4ws is great but only a few models ( even fewer brands ) have.
Shock absorber bumper is great but only Nissan sunny 130Y
has. All these manufacturers need not make huge losses if they
offer these 2 features alone.
Fullerene can decr friction, but most oil brands don't have it.
1 enhancer can @ once cut diesel's noise by 40% ( petrol 15%
) & incr torque by 15% ( petrol 20% after 1yr ), no car / truck
maker recommends it. Oil co`s won't use / sell it ; fuel sale
will drop.
In 12-08 I found another inadequacy in both my honda & mitsu
engines' design, correction incr torque by 17 & 11%. I tell just
good people I know, I don't want *******s to benefit.
