You can't.

Somebody, I think "backyard mechanic" in alt.autos.ford says this crap
is coming from Hong Kong. How he knows that, I dunno, but that's what
he says.

Step 1: learn how to display and interpret the full headers.
All the crap messages have:
X-Complaints-To:

Step 2: get at least a third rate newsreader (that rules out outlook
express) Have it filter out messages unique to the spammer such as the
X-Complaints-To, nntp-posting-host, or path headers.

Thanks for the tip.
I just created a filter for

If Forte Agent, which is what I am using, parses the headers as well
as the message titles, this will work.

You can start by scanning your own computer for backdoor viruses and
trojan horses. These people take over hundreds (or even thousands) of
computers around the world by installing viruses, then use your own
high-bandwidth connection for their own dirty work. The trojan could
be there for months, simply waiting for someone to activate it.

As long as there's un-protected computers, this garbage will continue
to flourish.

It might help if legitimate postings had an agreed upon keyword at the
beginning of the subject line to easily distinguish them from the random word
subject lines, for example if everyone started their subject line with RAT.

They are not posting this stuff. This is actually an attack
against them. The poster is hoping that everyone will complain and
flood their Email.
