hon-DUHs are made to have small rotors. That way the brakes will
overheat and the idiot owners will give up the ghost in a flamming car
wreck.

"Small car" = lower mass = smaller brakes to achieve same stopping
distance from given speed, as compared to "big car".

Obviously, a kindly trash collector got there first. OK, it's far more
reasonable to assume that it was stolen by the owner of a similar car, but
still...
