Default locking system for canopy on a pick up

Hi, Have recently put a cover on the back of my '05 navarra. I bought
this from pegasus 4x4 and is a total waste of money, made from the
cheapest materials known to man!! As such, the locking system on the
back is in need of beefing up and or replacing! Does anyone know where
i could buy a new locking system or have any ideas as to how i could
lock the top down securely?

Thanks

Kev

A padlock and a hasp latch comes to mind. I have seen folks do both
corners, but one is likely enough. If someone is going to break in,
having the second lock barely slows them down.
