In fact what kind of a program are you trying to get people to download.

Google shows it was spammed to a number of unrelated newsgroups. Visiting
the site with a vulnerable browser with javascript enabled will download
thier browser hijacker (and who knows what else).

Here's their disclaimer from a google posting about this.

Apparently profilesbyte.com thinks that this makes it OK.
