Basic Alignment Question
If feel like I should know this, but wonder: should I wait until AFTER I
get a new set of tires mounted before I have the front end aligned on my Miata, or can the alignment be adusted just as accurately if it's done with the old set of tires still mounted? |

It doesn't matter. It's the wheels (actually the hubs) that are getting aligned, not the tires. IMHO, sooner is better, since a good alignment will help you enjoy the remaining miles on your present tires. If you're interested in improving your Miata's performance, see my page below for suggestions. -- Lanny Chambers, St. Louis, USA '94C the alignment page: http://www.hummingbirds.net/alignment.html |
