Default Windows scraping and grinding -- help?

Hey there, I'm new to RAMVA. I've got a 70 (maybe 71...was born in 70
but cant remember the month) Ghia I've been wrenching on for a year or
two. The windows (either side) scrape against metal in the door of some
sort when one rolls the window up or down. Does anyone have any kind of
idea on what could be wrong? To clarify, the windows themselves are
actually scraping against God knows what. Thanks in advance!
