Default gpl setups hotlaps

hi,
i downloaded some setups from
http://gpl.rulez.jp/setups/index.html
but gpl can't see them...i renamed in .lo1 or fe.1, but they don't appear on
"current " in car setup (only on "race", but then i drive with the default
setup!)
any suggestions?
thx

I take it you are downloading them somewhere & then extracting the file to
the relevant setup folder?

Inside each zip file you will find a replay that you save to your
\sierra\gpl\replay\ folder, and a setup that you save to
\sierra\gpl\players\<playername>\<trackname>\

Once you have saved the setup in the right place when you are in gpl you
should be able to select it from the list of available setups for that car &
track combination. Both the 'current' and 'race' setup selectors look in the
same place so if one works the other one will too.

hth, Malc.

The setups ending in 1 as in *.lo1 are for the Grand Prix cars. If
you're driving the Advanced Trainers for instance, you won't see any of
those setups. The Advanced Trainer setups end in a 2 as in *.lo2 and
the Basic Trainers use 3.
The car type is selected in the track selection menu.
