The family of a Utah woman killed last year in a high-speed police
chase has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Ogden police.

21-year-old Jessica Nelson and her passenger Philemon Ellis were
broadsided by a car fleeing a police chase that allegedly reached 90mph
on residential and commerical streets...
