I never said any such thing about clinton. Liar. My Ilk being people who read leglislation? Read executive orders? That would be people who are informed as opposed to ignorant, mindless party followers. I guess you're the later. I am sorry you are so ignorant that all you can do is insult people who present you with the information. |

It's just that making a valid point requires more than just saying "this is about killing people" or something along those lines. Why? And who is big oil? How does this all work? I could have made the equally-valid statement in reverse, that "NAFTA is about helping the poor and middle class in the USA, and cuts into the profits of big oil." It can be both ways. But if you justify your position, it's much more defensible than some offhand statement that, while it may be true, smacks of the uninformed party politics many of us have come to dislike. -- Scott O. Oh how could I forget, the rules are different for me.... I cannot just put forth an opinion like everyone, including you puts forth. I have to support my opinions with reams of cites. Except then when I do that, providing cite after cite after cite, the cites are just ignored and people call me names instead. I'm getting tired of doing the homework around here. The fact you made a teamster comment shows that you are quite aware of at least a couple of the facts regarding what 'harmonizing' the economies of the US and Mexico via NAFTA and the SPP means. Now I could go through this same old excerise again of citing documents, government websites, AP, and other news articles... but we both know you're just going to discard it. If you're really interested in that stuff I've posted some of it before. But we both know you're not. It's just to send me on the errand to dig it all up again where you'd promptly discard it and post something insulting again. Read up on what the CFR and other groups' plans for a north american union and figure it out for yourself. I'll give you an author to get you started... "Robert Pastor". |

You're correct - we are losing our national sovereignty to economic integration and other factors, possibly to our loss. I'm surprised to see this concept (sovereignty) brought up in another post . . . if I'd read yours first, I may not have even mentioned it! -- Scott O. Kuznicki, P.E.
