Motomaster Touring 160. Misrepresented.
My father-in-law just purchased 4 of the Canadian Tire Motomaster Touring
160 tires on sale. The salesman said that they were made by Michelin. I looke at the DOT number on his tire - MDMO FNKR 1904. MD is Goodyear Tire & Rubber! Canadian Tire is misrepresenting these tires! Apart from that, has anyone had any experience with these tires? They have a 160,000 km rating. I don't see how they can get 160k from them, unless they are using a very hard rubber, which raises concern about driving in snow. Garth |
